Makena and Kawira – Restoring Lost Dreams

Twin sisters from Igandene, Abogeta West, Makena and Kawira completed high school in 2021 with C grades but couldn't proceed due to financial hardship. Raised by their grandmother, they became house helps in Nairobi until DMK Foundation intervened. They’re now enrolled in a Diploma in General Agriculture at Mitunguu Technical College. We’re covering their full costs and preparing them for a brighter future.

Kionyo Primary Prize Giving 2022

As Patron of Kionyo Primary, DMK Foundation attended the 2022 KCPE award ceremony. One outstanding student scored 361 marks but lacked the means to join a national school. We stepped in, awarding him a full scholarship to Nkubu High School. It's more than a gift—it's the beginning of opportunity.
