The Professional Matrix is an initiative under The DMK Foundation in partnership with The Airlift SACCO (TAS), designed to identify and support academic talent and professional development across Meru, Isiolo, and Tharaka Nithi counties.

Purpose:

This initiative aims to map talent, build networks, and link professionals to opportunities abroad and within Kenya. By capturing specialization and regional data, we connect individuals to scholarships, jobs, mentorship, and global collaborations.

Why It Matters

The Matrix helps streamline support and identify training or funding gaps within different fields such as STEM, medicine, law, social sciences, and the arts.

Eligibility:

• Be a resident or native of Meru, Isiolo, or Tharaka Nithi county
• Possess a degree or diploma in any academic discipline
• Interested in mentorship, studying, or working abroad
